Working with like-minded chocolate makers, using historical techniques, such as grafting, to create pure and unblended chocolate that is representative of the soil that nurtured its fruit.
To depict the beauty of nature, our luxury handmade British chocolates are individually hand painted and finished in the heart of Central London.

Scottish-born, Chef Adam started his career at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel, in Scotland, over two decades ago.
Adam’s vision is to put British food on a global stage and show the world how diverse UK produce can be.
